Occupational Therapists (OT)

Four Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a talented and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).

Applicants should have a current and valid NYS OT license.

Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience working in the Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation (SNF) setting, however new grads are welcome.

Applicants should be familiar with Net Health (Rehab Optima) and Sigma-care documentation operating systems.

The Occupational Therapist will work closely with the Assistant Director of REHAB (OTR/L) and will ultimately report to the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) for the Department of Rehabilitation.

Primary responsibilities will be EVALUATION AND SCREENING of residents in-house, direct clinical patient care, documentation and billing for clinical activities, device/equipment evaluation and prescription, clinical care plan meeting attendance and assisting in overall department operations/logistics as set forth by the DOR.

Job Type: ONGOING FULL TIME, PART TIME & PER DIEM positions available.

HOURLY RATE: $51-54 per hour

Payment RATE will be based on years of experience and clinical acumen/expertise.
