RWE Design Build is looking for a Project Manager to manage multiple construction projects at our Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 or more years of experience as a Project Manager. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is preferred along with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the construction schedule through all phases including pre-construction through contract execution
- Assist with preparation of estimates
- Prepare takeoffs
- Have a thorough knowledge of general contract and subcontract requirements
- Prepare budget reports and change orders
- Support field superintendents in all areas of construction
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, compare actual vs budgeted project cost
Requirements:
- Interior and out of ground construction experience
- 3-5 years experience as a construction Project Manager
- Self motivated and detail oriented individual
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment with deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Must live in the Tampa area

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
