DUTIES:

We would like to welcome to our team a candidate who can:

Performs assigned day-to-day maintenance tasks, repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.

Performing daily maintenance tasks & scheduled preventative maintenance programs.

Responds promptly to calls; diagnoses the failure; makes required repairs.

Maintain and repair HVAC, light electrical repairs, TV and appliances in rooms and hotel.

Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, toilets, light fixtures, etc.)

Perform light carpentry, drywall, painting, repair work, carpet cleaning, construction and renovation work.

Maintain the landscaping, parking lot, grounds and appearance of exterior of building(s), keeping areas free of trash and debris.

Tend to pool area including chemical balancing, cleaning, etc.
Assist in other areas of the hotel as needed.

QUALITIES:

Effective communication skills and always act in a professional manner.

Work with little or no supervision.

Possess problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task, great communication skills, and a kind and sincere approach to customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
