• Daily group therapy with clients in programming at the Detox/RTC facility
• Work as a collaborative member of a multi-disciplinary team
• Support broader clinical team as needed with caseloads and BPS assessments
• Work closely with Clinical Program Director to support program and client needs

• Must have completed applicable Master's degree program
• Must be licensed clinician - LPC / Resident in Counseling or LCSW /LMSW, or LMFT / Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Must have previous experience working in SUD treatment / Detox experience preferred
• Must be skilled in supporting clients in crisis and supporting verbal de-escalation
• Must be a collaborative team player willing to be an active participant in our mission to Inspire and Empower Change.
• In accordance with Virginia state regulation all employees are required to complete a Central Registry Check, Fingerprinting, and Sandstone issued TB test prior to their start date.
