On Call Scheduling Coordinator Job Duties:

The On-Call Scheduling Coordinator will report directly to our Scheduling Manager and will provide support as needed after hours. Our On-Call Scheduler must be bilingual, self-motivated, highly organized, personable, and have great attention to detail.

This is a 3rd shift position. Sunday evening through Friday morning. Shift begins @ 5pm and ends @ 8am the following day.

• Responsible for On-Call coverage every week
• While on call, you are responsible for scheduling nurses to work any call-out shifts
• Clearly communicate information and/or schedule changes to patients/families/nurses
• Daily audits of schedules plotted / length of schedules plotted
• Provide seamless transition of support between official business hours of operation and On-Call hours of operation
• Perform medical record chart audits by monitoring patient records for proper documentation
• Performs other duties as assigned.
