We are Shafer Heating & Cooling, and we are looking for someone like you to take our company to the next level by joining our team as a customer service representative. Shafer Heating & Cooling has been serving the community of Highland county with the best service in the HVAC industry since 1985. Our residential customer service representatives work with customers to ensure that we continue to provide world class service. Our position is a little different. We fully train you and you will talk with clients on a daily basis to set appointments for our Comfort Advisors to meet with them in their home.

No experience is necessary. A positive attitude is what you will need. Can you multitask? Is the computer an extension of your hands? Can you handle multiple projects at one time while remaining very polite to customers over the phone? Are you driven by the challenge of doing things right and making a difference?

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED – Compensation: $24,000- $40,000 in the first year! No traveling required. Position Type: Full Time, M-F 7:00am-4:00pm Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license; ability to pass drug test and criminal background check.
