South Chicago Dodge Chrysler Jeep is looking for Business Development Center Reps to join their growing team. Must have a great phone presence, computer knowledge and the ability to sell an appointment to support and grow the company's business. The role of a BDC Representative is to respond effectively to all phone and internet vehicle inquiries that come to the dealership with the goal of setting an appointment for the sales or service staff.

Ideal candidates will have:

-Call center experience

-Great time management skills

-Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals

-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

-Professional appearance and work ethic

-Great attitude with a high-energy personality

-Superior customer service skills

-Ability to understand and follow process

-Ability to follow direction with minimal supervision

-An enthusiasm for talking to customers on the phone

-Understanding of the importance of follow up

Must be great on the phone and have excellent communication/telemarketing skills. Personality counts! Full time position on either day or night shift.
