Join Community Services Group (CSG), a Certified B Corporation, as a Workskills Instructor for our Bakery in Sunbury, PA and find meaning in your work every day. This position will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Bakery.

As a Workskills Instructor, you instruct and assist adults with a mental illness and/or an intellectual disability to develop transferable work skills in preparation for competitive employment while making quality food to be sold to businesses and customers. You will conduct quality control on all products as well as order supplies and monitor inventory. You will also account for deliveries to customers and drive to various work sites. You will:

• Be willing to learn and model the five principles of trauma informed care; safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment.
• Have a commitment to promote cultural, racial, language and gender access, diversity, equity and inclusion.

This position offers:

• $15.00 per hour.
• Full-Time (40 hours per week) - Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• No Weekends!

Qualifications:

Required:

• 1 year of bakery or food service experience OR High school diploma or equivalency with 1 year of experience in Vocational Rehabilitation.
• Able to drive passenger vans and accompany individuals into the community and to work sites while providing support and assistance in interactions in the community while maintaining sensitivity to the rights and dignity of the individual.
• Able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs.
• Ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.

Preferred but not required:

• Servsafe Certified.
• ACRE or CESP certificate.
• Marketing, social media and point of sale cash register experience.
• Behavioral Health and/or Intellectual Disabilities experience.
