Job Responsibilities:

• Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
• Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
• Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Complete and pass state required background check
• Qualified Lead Teachers have: 12 ECE Units & 6 months paid experience in a childcare center or similar field
• Assistant Teachers have: A minimum of 6 completed units and 6 months paid experience
• Teacher's Aide: Does not need any units but hopefully working on becoming qualified!

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options: Lead Teacher: $17.58 - $26.37/Teacher: $16.28 – $22.79/Assistant Teacher: $15.50 – $21.71
