Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven restaurant management or hospitality management experience.
- Ability to write DSR reports and business correspondence.
- Great oral and written communication
- Ability to problem solve and deal with a variety of challenges on a day-to-day basis..
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills.
- Certifications in food safety, sexual harassment prevention, leadership courses, and serving alcohol safely are beneficial.
- BA degree in Business Administration; hospitality management is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Bar/Dining Room "Culture".
- Bar/Dining Room Communication.
- Hosting/Bussing/Expediting.
- Assisting servers and bartenders.
- Cash Control.
- Accident Reports.
- Point of Sale (POS).
- Assist with payroll, A/R and A/P.
- Scheduling through Schedulefly.
- Sanitation and Health.
- Safety.
- Preventive Maintenance Planning.
- Energy Conservation.
- Can stand for long periods of time.
- Can lift 50lbs or more.
- Can work weekends, nights and holidays.
