SEARHC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Medical Director at Ethel Lund Medical Center! Come join our team of professionals as we serve our patients, support our communities and thrive in our company culture!
Do you have at least 3 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant? Are you a talented administrative assistant with sharp administrative and organizational skills? Are you a master at managing schedules, coordinating meetings and supporting projects and initiatives? Are you proficient in the calendaring function in Microsoft Outlook?
Are you comfortable around medical leadership staff (Directors and VPs)?
If so, we would love to chat with you about our new Administrative Assistant position in support of our Medical Director at Ethel Lund Medical Center.
Baseline Qualification Requirements:
- High school diploma: college courses or degree preferred.
- 3 years medical office experience; knowledge, understanding and documented experience with use of Microsoft office package/Word processing; ability to type at least 40 WPM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.29 - $26.55 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
