In addition to the hourly rate, we also off a generous and unlimitted commission.

Position Overview:

Our ideal candidate shall have a dynamic personality and a burning passion for overall wellness and recovery. Must have high energy and be ready to attend to guests immediately upon arrival. The Recovery Specialist is directly responsible for helping guests achieve their lifestyle goals with exceptional guest service, marketing through social media and attending community events. The Wellness Specialist will also be responsible for continuing their education of our products and services as well as working as a team with other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center.

The Health and Wellness Specialist should be action-oriented, customer service driven, ambitious, culturally fit, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed and goal-oriented. This person will work with the Center Manager, and their team to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and complete daily tasks. This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary to perform their duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.

Qualifications:

· Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical assistant preferred.

· Ability to work a minimum of 15-40 a week with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

· Ability to comprehend and pass the iCRYO-designed service exams following initial training.

· Maintain good time management skills, good judgment, and ability to multi-task.

· Display exceptional guest experience skills, and handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty.

· Understand the needs of the guest, and ability to educate guests on services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.

· Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales, customer service levels, and efficiency.

· Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

· Maintain an environment of trust, and communicate efficiently with managers and peers.

· Must be able to complete ongoing and continued education.

· Maintain a clean environment, and uphold company standards.

· 2-3 years of Sales Experience in wellness centers, medical offices, or other MedSpa.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
