Kleen-Rite Corp. is looking to grow our team in our Mount Joy, PA location by adding two (2) full-time warehouse associates. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reliable organization that takes care of its employees. Warehouse Associates are responsible for accurately picking customer's orders, preparing for shipment and receiving inbound shipments. The ideal candidate is a reliable individual who is detail-oriented and enjoys a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities (May include but are not limited to):

• Follow established procedures for order fulfillment including shipping, receiving, picking and packing areas.
• Follow established procedure for Inventory Control, Maintenance and Safety
• Parts picking – Quickly, accurately and efficiently pick parts from bins listed on pick ticket
• Parts packing – Securely and efficiently pack parts orders into shipping containers, label boxes for shipment using computer
• Assist in manifesting and shipping small package and truck shipments
• Use computers and hand-held equipment where necessary
• Assist other Kleen-Rite departments as needed
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties for specific areas
• Perform other tasks to support the Warehouse and or Kleen-Rite as needed or directed
• Express a positive attitude towards their work, coworkers and Kleen-Rite
• Achieve individual and departmental performance goals and objectives with general supervision
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to push/pull carts and lift, pull or push up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to reach above shoulder level frequently
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work around equipment, forklifts, large trucks, and loud noise
• Must be able to read documents written in Standard English text
• Punctuality, reliability, and being prepared for work
• Willing and able to learn new technology and computer programs
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
• Enjoy working independently with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
