Summary
The warehouse associate is responsible for verifying and distributing products and materials via a forklift, other material handling equipment, and manual lifting. This will include loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Essential functions:

• General warehouse maintenance and duties.
• Maintains warehouse safety and cleanliness per company standards.
• Keeps workspace neat, organized, and free of debris.
• Performs recycling of materials per company standards.
• Operates warehouse equipment to move or hoist inventory to designated areas.
• Assists in shipping and receiving inventory.
• Assembles small appliances as assigned.
• Additional tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of general warehouse experience.
• Clamp truck or forklift experience required.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Familiar with safe working procedures within a warehouse environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to physically carry 50 + lbs.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to scan inventory.
