WebstaurantStore is in search of a full-time Video Stylist to join our in-house studio team, based in our Lititz, PA location. Reporting to the Director of Video this role will work closely with Videographers, Social Media and Food Stylists to create food and restaurant-centric video content.

As this role encompasses styling across multiple disciplines including food, props and sets. The candidate must be passionate about food videography and be experienced with an in-house, collaborative environment with occasionally tight deadlines. The candidate must be comfortable executing both large and smaller-scale video campaigns within the WebstaurantStore brand look and feel.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Oversee and execute the planning, preparation, propping and styling of sets for weekly videos and larger campaigns.
• Prep, source & wrap - props, and surfaces for all video shoots.
• Build and prop sets for video shoots as needed.
• Collaborate with Video team to ensure that all imagery executes on the intended creative vision.
• Partner with our Culinary teams to ensure that the food produced and styled, accurately represents our product.
• Consistently assess current styling processes and workflows to ensure efficiency of the team.
• Collaborate with the Lead Videographer’s to assess current studio processes and look for ways to improve efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
• Help maintain a positive, fun, and productive studio environment.

Experience:

• 
  3 -5 years of experience as a lead stylist - preferably in a retail video environment.
• Strong set styling and propping portfolio that demonstrates skill level and attention to detail for video.
• Experience working collaboratively with Videographers in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen eye for composition, including creative ways of executing your vision.
• Ability to accurately execute and table dress, adjust to feedback, and add value where necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
