Bridgeway is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Disability Services who is ready to partner with us to advance our organization successfully into the future.
The VP of Disability Services is responsible for leadership of the administrative, clinical, and programmatic activities of all Disability Programs/Services within Bridgeway Inc. This position will provide clinical and administrative consultation and coordination of Disability Services to ensure a consistent best practice approach to treatment, rehabilitation, recovery, and community service provision. Serve as leader for quality control for contracts, grants, billing providing direction to staff for timely accurate reporting of services. Serves as a strategic partner to program expansion and positioning the organization for future growth.
This position requires proficiency in both knowledge and expertise of Disability Services, policies and practices, as well as the ability to apply that knowledge behaviorally.
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in the field of human service or Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years management experience; prefer Master's Degree (M.A) in field of human service.
