We are an established and rapidly growing privately owned dental company. We are currently hiring for our office in Odessa, FL. We are looking for a knowledgeable and highly motivated Treatment plan Coordinator/Office Manager interested in building a career with endless potential.

Position Requirements:

• Dental experience, minimum 1 year (Required)
• High School Diploma (Required)
• US work authorization (Required)
• Experience working with Dentrix (Preferred)
• Bachelors’ degree (Preferred)

Job description:

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has been in the dental field and is ready to take their career to the next level. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Presenting and coordinating treatment plans
• Communicating closely with our doctors and in-house specialists
• Submitting insurance claims and processing EOBs
• Maintaining collections and aging reports
• Tracking and reporting metrics for the office
• Developing and maintaining patient relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
