We are currently hiring part time staff to assist with our peak phone times in the early mornings, early evenings and weekend shifts. We will consider both long-term and seasonal applicants for the position.

Advanced Answering Center (AAC) is a traditional answering service that partners with a broad range of businesses and agencies in the northeast and across the country. We assist with receptionist and dispatch duties when they are closed or unable to answer themselves. We are available to our clients 24/7/365 with live operator services.

To Answer the Call…

• You must be able to process information spoken to you at a fast pace
• You must be assertive. Our job is to be polite and kind when taking messages but also efficient and accurate. Our clients rely on us to get the messages to them quickly, free from grammatical and typographical errors
• If you have worked in the retail or restaurant industry, those positions often transfer well to the work we do. Having to deliver service in a quick manner to a broad range of customers.
• Staff need to be at least 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Have decent grammar and spelling skills
• Be able to type at least 40 wpm. Information is typed as given so you must keep up with someone talking to you rapidly at times
• Be willing and able to work weekends. Shift times may vary
• Be able to work on site at our call center in Mendon VT. Remote positions may be available for team members who demonstrate excellent attendance and the ability to work independently.
