Job Summary:
This position is responsible for customer software support, database builds and quality testing of Lighthouse Monitoring Systems software and hardware. This position requires experience with computer hardware, software, and computer networks. This is not an IT position.

Essential duties and responsibilities*

• Follow all safety rules and regulations, all work must be done thinking “Safety First.”
• Maintaining and supporting Lighthouse LMS Express monitoring software and LMS Pharma/Pro Clear SCADA based monitoring software. Software database builds and customer support
• Customer software support will be a major priority for this position and taking care of customer software issues is a fundamental component of this position. Previous experience would be an advantage especially with SCADA and PLC software. Clear SCADA experience would be preferable but not required.
• Working with management, sales, hardware development, QA, and internal customers to define new requirements, set development and testing schedules, and support the needs of a very fast-growing and dynamic manufacturing business.
• Site support will be required to assist the installation team at customer sites throughout the USA. Travel to customer sites will be part of this position.

• Occasional travel to other LWS offices Worldwide
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and 41+ pounds as a two-person lift.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Ability to work independently.

• Education and Experience*

• Associates degree and/or two years’ experience in related field preferred.
