To support our rapid growth, we are adding to our Cloud Engineering team. As a customer-centric Support Engineer, you’re responsible for the day-to-day operation of Cloudticity’s help desk and customer support services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to customer support requests using Cloudticity-approved tools
- Provide timely and effective solutions for customer requests
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction with help desk requests
- Periodic on-call rotations for 24/7 support requests
- Expand your AWS/AZURE experience and skills
- Periodic support of L2 Support Engineering tasks (deployments of new services)
- Support compiling of data for customer reporting (as needed)
We are seeking someone with:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to work U.S. West Coast/Pacific Time
- AWS Solutions Architect - Associate certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services
- Basic knowledge of networking and network layer topology
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Curious and always learning
- Self-starting and motivated
- Ability to take ownership of individual tasks while working closely with a team
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work remotely
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000-75,000/year and based on experience. Please note, the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only and do not include bonuses or other benefits.
- Dependent on the position offered, bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
