Job Summary
Serve as an Instructor/Counselor for our multi-sport camp, which includes participants ages 4-11 in a recreational setting. Our Summer Camps run Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. for 7 weeks (June 26 – Aug. 11). You will be responsible for greeting parents and participants, providing excellent customer service, overseeing and actively engaging with groups during passive/active games, drills, and more.
Responsibilities
- Ensure fun, learning, and safety for all participants
- Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including Sportsmanship values
- Manage an age-appropriate level of instruction
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of participants
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
