We're looking for an entry-level Job Site Supervisor/Project Manager to join our growing team and to play a critical role in providing an excellent experience for our customers. The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day field operations and maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work environment. Job Skills & Duties

• Manage subcontractor crew activities, including overseeing work and reviewing punch lists, and of work put in place and punch list management
• Establishes and maintain rapport with subcontractors and customers, forwarding comments, suggestions, and complaints to the appropriate team member
• Inspect and photograph each house daily to assure the quality of workmanship, ensure all work is in accordance with plans and specifications , and determine the job status as it compares to the production schedule
• Inspect and photograph each completed home before the homeowner walk-through and closing sign-off to make sure that the home is complete, clean, and meets standards of quality
• Ensure safety standards are observed at all times, including but not limited to applicable Federal, State and Local regulations and standards
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and must have a good driving record to operate company vehicle
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability in the event of catastrophic weather
• Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; climb, balance and stoop, crouch or crawl; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
