Fresenius Kabi has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Ops Analyst with experience redlining and writing contracts for Medical Device products.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Contract Operations and is responsible for managing GPO’s, IDN’s and complex key accounts. Including mentoring and training the Commercial Operations Contract and Pricing Team to better support NAM Medical Devices and Infusion Therapy Sales and Marketing, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Collaborates with Senior Manager, Commercial Operations to identify training needs and implements new processes to improve overall team efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage customer agreements for GPO, IDN’s and complex key accounts
  • Work cross-functionally with the Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams on contract development, administration, compliance and reporting
  • Develops implements, administers, and maintains the key contracts under area of responsibility including contract eligibility and contract pricing
  • Administer and maintain customer-specific pricing and quotes within Fresenius Kabi’s ERP system for assigned accounts
  • Responsible for leading RFI, RFP and bid submissions
  • Generate monthly customer and sales reports with an emphasis on continual enhancements
  • Conduct analysis to calculate customer rebates and penalties as outlined in customer agreements
  • Administer and track the placement of equipment at a customer location
  • Manage and resolve customer pricing disputes
  • Prepare and distribute ad hoc sales and management reports
  • Create customer lease orders, financing, and billing plans within Fresenius Kabi’s ERP system
  • Responsible for the developing and maintaining content for the Contracts and Pricing Team Training Library and SOP’s
  • Coordinate and provide training to new hires and cross functional partners
  • Identify and implement new processes to improve overall team efficiency and productivity
  • Facilitate and support cross-functional process improvements
  • Facilitate and support the implementation of process improvements in Commercial Operations
  • Miscellaneous tasks and projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience developing customer agreements, redlining and administering customer pricing (or related activity) within an Enterprise application environment
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP (or other Enterprise system) with an understanding of maintaining master data relative to pricing; working knowledge of Vistex is a plus.

  • Coach and mentor newer team members
  • High level of learning aptitude
  • Knowledge of Medical Device products and Government contract/pricing experience is a plus
