Summary of the position:
We are currently looking to hire a Scheduler / Central Operation Specialist with strong coordination and communication skills to streamline and optimize our daily cleaning operations.
This position is responsible for Scheduling Service teams for all divisions of Simply Right. (Windows, Construction Clean, Commercial, Luxury). Managing the departments Daily, Weekly and Monthly schedule to ensure customer service requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner, meeting established service goals and service utilization budget targets. This position manages customer schedules from inception to completion, this position is responsible for scheduling Special projects, and assists with labor distribution between departments. The coordination of and issuance of change orders to customers and communicating time deficiencies on all jobs. Lastly, the position establishes the precedence for and leads the team in ensuring excellence in customer service through the timely and responsive handling of all customer interactions, driving to be our customers’ partner of choice.
Duties and responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of client information, including preferred dates, cleaning requirements, and special instructions.- Create daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all resources and personnel, based on client needs and staff availability.
- Coordinate with team leaders and cleaning staff to ensure all necessary resources are available and allocated correctly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any queries or concerns regarding their cleaning schedules.
- Collaborate with the management and human resources teams to identify staffing needs, plan recruitment, and handle staff scheduling.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Handle any scheduling changes, rescheduling or reassigning resources as needed and communicating these changes to all relevant parties.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with all team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar operational role, preferably within the cleaning industry.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and knowledge of scheduling software.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and the ability to work well under pressure.
