Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Duration: 6+ months

Location: San Francisco, CA

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with Benefits expertise to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Benefits module for our organization. The consultant will work closely with our HR and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of Benefits module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Benefits module
• Work with HR and IT teams to ensure successful integration with other modules
• Analyze and document business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements
• Provide guidance and support to end-users on Benefits processes and functionality
• Conduct system testing and provide support during user acceptance testing
• Participate in the design and implementation of data migration strategies
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Benefits module

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Benefits module
• Strong knowledge of Benefits processes and functionality
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module
• Ability to analyze and document business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance and Goals, or Learning
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Benefits module
