Mancan in partnership with a Wintersville Ohio company is seeking a Receptionist. Candidates with previous Receptionist experience is required. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Pay rate is based on experience. This position is a temp to permanent assignment with Full- time hours, 40hrs a week. Please submit resume for consideration.Your responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Taking care of supplies orders
- Word and Excel proficiency
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize time
- Cleanliness and organization skills
