Main Duties & Responsibilities
Principal Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing activities for the program/project such as controlling customer interface, planning, interfacing with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance Engineering and other departments to ensure that the company complies with customer requirements and maintaining an effective liaison with customer for successful completion of a project or program. The Level 1 PM/QE is the main point of contact within the company for customer interface and serves a key role in completing required tasks/activities. Level 1 PM/QE will coordinate activities of all company departments to ensure great performance to customer requirements including on time deliver and quality adherence.

DUTIES:
Manage one-time projects/programs that RSA Engineered Products LLC; have secured thru various customer base. These one of projects are Purchase Order based and have a clear shipment dates defined on the P.O.
Develop Customer Dashboard, provide periodic updates, and maintain metrics to review with RSA’s Management
Work with Cross functional team to successfully manage Customer Scorecards and One off project.
Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with Customers
Main point of contact for issues related to Customers. The issues can be related to Product deliveries, Product quality, responsiveness, other Complaints
Liaison between RSA’s internal purchasing, planning and operations teams to effectively communicate and resolve issues thru collaboration
Effective communicator within RSA and to outside Customers to support RSA’s business interests
Support other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager
Responsible for Quality Engineer level 1 responsibilities to manage Internal and Customer quality concerns.
Increase production and process efficiency resulting in increased quality, increased productivity, and reduced product cost.
Conforms to company safety policies and procedures.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
BS in Engineering, technology, business, management or related filed
School or external experience about working on various projects
Working experience with cross functional team members

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Building and leading a team
Project planning and scheduling
Microsoft Office suits experience and knowledge

The pay scale for this position ranges from $64,480 to $102,400 annually.
