We're looking for a Project Manager in Denver with Waterproofing & Structural Repair experience to join our team and HIT THE GROUND RUNNING! You will be responsible for ongoing business development as well as performing takeoffs, bids, & estimates. You will see projects all the way through to final hand-off.

What You Will Be Doing
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals
- Prepare takoffs, estimates, client proposals, contracts, and project schedules
- Ongoing business development (VITAL for this position)
- Sales & marketing of our services to potential customers
What You Need for this Position
- Project Management experience in Commercial Construction
- Waterproofing
- Structural repair
- Concrete and/masonry experience is preferred
