Do you like to lead a team/group? Our Warehouse/Distribution center in Bensenville is currently looking for Team Leads! We are expanding and have great opportunities!
Days: Monday thru Friday and Sunday
Hours: 6:30pm - 4:30am (Start & End time will vary)
Pay: $17.00- $18.50 Hr
Job Duties:
- Lead a group of 8 team members
- Motivate, encourage, assign tasks on a daily basis
- Conduct inventory & cycle counting as needed/required
- Ensure daily tasks are met on a daily basis
- Processing mail
- Learning rejects
Job Requirements:
- Must be detail-oriented, thorough and accurate
- Be able to work extended hours when needed
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work with demanding deadlines
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
- Must be flexible
- Problem solve
- Ability to work entire shift standing
- Must be able to start as early as 6pm
- No High School diploma required
- Enjoy working in a TEAM environment
- NO STEEL TOE SHOES or PPE REQUIRED
