The Premier team are now seeking a talented Full-Time Premier Driver to join the team based in our offices in Mahwah, NJ.
You Will:
- Must uphold and project the company’s devotion to customer service experience
- Drivers are expected to comply with Net-A-Porter appearance guidelines and must have a professional image and demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency
- You need to be able to work in all kinds of weather while working out on your own with limited supervision.
- Ensure all undelivered and returned merchandise are secured safely and returned to our inventory system daily
- Assist manager and supervisor with day to day operations
- Interact with couriers, Dispatchers, and Customer service team on a daily basis
- Ensure couriers are fully prepared for their daily route
You Have:
- A clean driving record means in the last 3 years, that you’ve only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 7 years
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
- The ability to work in all weather conditions, walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time
- Flexibility in shift patterns (work hours) to meet our customers’ demands
- An understanding of luxury customer service and their expectations with strong communication skills
- Be able to work with a team
- A proven track record of solving problems successfully
- Calm manner and ability to use initiative to deal with issues as they arise, both on the road and with the customer with excellent personal presentation skills

Location: Mahwah, NJ
Hours: Must be able to work at least 5 days per week (7.5 hour shift) for all days of the week including holidays. Must be able to work a rotational shift pattern from 8:00am to 10:00pm, including weekends.
Shift: Rotating schedule, rotating start times
