Required Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant Biomedical Science subject area (Cellular Biology, Molecular Biology, Neuroscience).
- Proven track record of publication.

The McLoon lab at the University of Minnesota Medical School (Twin Cities) seeks to appoint a talented postdoctoral trainee for an eight-month fellowship who has the goal to develop their career as a scientist. Responsibilities
Perform PCR, western blots, and other protein identification methods.
Perform functional tests of vision and eye movements on mice.
Analyze data and prepare figures and charts.
Mentor undergraduates on laboratory techniques.
Perform gene analyses and interpret results.
