Employment Requirements
· Generate all payroll on a weekly basis by 2pm Wednesday afternoon.
· Certified payroll biweekly and filing of affidavits when needed.
· Keeping up on changing tax/L&I amounts
· Pay 401k weekly-or send over to Empower for payment weekly.
· Entering new employees into employee navigator
· Process all benefit workpapers including insurance, 401k
· Tracking of vacation and employee hire dates
· US Bureau monthly report
· Employment Verifications
· ESD Verify for unemployment/PMFLA.
· Pay Payroll Liabilities, Life Insurance & Vision monthly.
· L&I Quarterly reports and payment
· Verifying sales commissions for payment
· Tool allowance upkeep
· Prepare ACA & W2 reporting.
· Keep track of employee reimbursements and put them on current payroll
