As a Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional hairstyling and customer service experiences to our valued clients. If you are reliable, driven, have excellent attention to detail, thrive in a team environment, and hold a Cosmetology license with relevant experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Perform a wide range of hairstyling services, including blowouts and styling for various occasions.
• Provide personalized consultations to clients and recommend appropriate hairstyles and treatments.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional services and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
• Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer the best possible services to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and salon areas.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Requirements:

• Valid cosmetology license.
• Proven experience in hairstyling and providing various hair services.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and rotating Sundays.
