Our client in the Hauppauge area is seeking a full time Office Manager. This is a Temporary to Permanent position.

Job Summary:

Office Manager Description

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Making office supplies arrangements.
  • Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.
  • Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator would be an advantage.
  • Trainable individual looking for a long term position.
  • Reliable * A MUST * in all aspects especially attendance.
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.

Hours: 7am -5pm with 1 hour for lunch

Hourly Rate: $22 -$25 an hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
