Job description
Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. Interact with patients and the community about Aria services and programs
2. Support and assist outreach staff, create outreach and educational content
5. Work collaboratively with outreach to improve patient health outcomes
6. May work with our quality team to research, collect, and analyze patient health data to better address access and better health outcomes
Knowledge Required for the Position
Knowledge of AmeriCorps/Health Corps member requirements
Skill with Microsoft Office or other software for a variety of data processing operations involving a range of problem solving, record keeping, and correspondence. Skill with Canva or other Art/Graphic design software
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23,900.00 per year
