Personal Reflection Day Spa’s (PRDS) mission is to provide high quality, professional body, skin and nail care services while maintaining a calm, rejuvenating atmosphere. Each team member is a valued ambassador for PRDS, who both uniquely and individually contributes to these high standards. As such, the Nail Technician is vital to the overall spa experience. The following details key elements of the tasks which lead to the quality spa experience delivered to each client.

We recruit professional, courteous Nail Technicians to provide our guests with a wide range of services. The Nail Technician will consult with guests to screen them for underlying conditions, assist with selecting appropriate services, assist with inquiries, and explain treatments and packages in a knowledgeable, courteous manner. The Nail Technician will ensure services start and end on time.

The Nail Technician must be skilled at performing all nail services offered by PRDS in order to ensure guest satisfaction and retention; or, actively pursue education and/or certification for those not currently held. Preferred candidates are friendly and guest-oriented. To ensure success the Nail Technician should strive to meet revenue goals, ensure client retention and build a solid client base. Ideal candidates will be empathetic, caring and professional, and have the ability to make others feel good about themselves.
