Job Description
BAE Systems, Inc. employees and sub-contractors aligned to the Air Force Solutions-Strategic Systems Directorate support the United States Air Force (USAF) Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) System Directorate as it sustains the existing Minuteman III (MM III) weapon system and acquires its replacement, the Sentinel missile. BAE Systems is looking for qualified professionals to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting sustainment and modernization efforts for the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile weapon system. The Minuteman III is a 1970s era weapon system and is scheduled to be retained as the United States military's prompt, global strike deterrent system until at least 2030. The Field Representative position is a very dynamic position that will allow opportunities to support the entire Minuteman III weapon system.



Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Using available data and working with unit personnel, provide technical planning and system integration on a daily basis to support BAE Systems and Intercontinental Ballistic Missile System Directorate personnel in coordinating and conducting maintenance requirements
• Use input from BAE Systems and Intercontinental Ballistic Missile System Directorate personnel provide assistance to field units on a daily basis to assist with assessing problems and determining solutions.
• Attend production meetings and coordinate ideas with wing representatives
• Coordinate Entry Access List activities for BAE Systems personnel
• Provide guidance and assistance to the Maintenance Group Command and their staff

• Maintain currency with wing unique processes to support BAE Systems mission
• Minimum of 15 years of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Maintenance experience with missile maintenance field experience.
• Detail oriented, with excellent time management skills; ability to multitask and balance competing priorities in an effective manner. Strong interpersonal skills; works well with others, and responds well to direction.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels throughout the Missile Wing and AFNWC
• Weapon System Controller experience
• Previous Group level leadership experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Community College Air Force (CCAF) Degree in one of the following Missile Maintenance Technology, Space and Missile Maintenance Technology, Electronic Systems Technology, or Mechanical and Electrical Technology degree
