Job Description Summary
GRADE/LEVEL: N7 / Level 3 - $16.04 Entry Level - Top Out $17.82
SCHEDULE: Monday – Thursday (Mandatory OT on Friday)
HOURS:1st Shift: 5:00am to 3:30pm
FLSA: Non-Exempt & Safety Sensitive Position
DEPARTMENT: Logistics
LOCATION: Siloam Springs, Arkansas
REPORTS TO: Logistic Supervisor and Support Supervisor
Job Description:
BASIC FUNCTION:
Processing units off the lines into the warehouse, putting them in their correct location and loading units onto trailers. Deliver supplies to cells with all materials needed to produce units.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to process units into warehouse
- Ability to pickup units at the cells – driving tugger
- Ability to load trucks using load sheets – with either hand dolly and/or Furniture Mover
- Ability to follow warehouse work instructions
- Ability to read production tickets
- Performs Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) checks daily on the motorized equipment (tugger) assigned.
- End of shift 5S responsibilities.
- Ability to work cooperative with other tugger teammates to ensure efficiencies for the Cell Team Members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required
MINIMUM JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to drive a motorized vehicle.
- Ability to use an ipad for reading and coordinating next work in process procedures.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks using knees, legs, arms, elbows, and wrists.
- Ability to perform movement by bending, kneeling, walking, stepping up and ability to push or pull 50 lbs.
- Ability to read dispatches on paper and ipad/computer.
- Excellent communication skills
- Have good attendance

- Able to accept constructive criticism/correct behaviors
- Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Job duties include standing, moving and bending during the majority of shift.
- Good hand – eye coordination
- Good visual depth perception.
- Must be able to stand, walk and move for 8 – 10 hours per day.
- Ability to lift parts of units - up to complete units weighting up to and above 150 lbs. off of the line and process into the warehouse
- Requires occasional bending at the neck and waist.
- Able to withstand temperatures up to & greater than 85 degree’s and temperatures at or below 40 degrees in the warehouse and in the trucks while loading them.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:
The Company may prohibit a qualifying medical marijuana patient from working in a safety-sensitive position (operating equipment, machinery, or production or manufacturing processes) based on a good-faith belief that the patient is engaged in current marijuana use. “Safety-sensitive positions” are positions involving safety-sensitive functions pursuant to rules, guidelines, or regulations adopted by federal or state agencies, or positions that the Company designates in writing as “safety sensitive” because working in the positions while under the influence of marijuana can pose a threat to health or safety, such as positions where an attention lapse could result in injury, illness, or death.
SPECIFIC PPE REQUIREMENTS: Safety glasses are to be worn at all times when on the production floor. Glasses are optional . Hearing protection is required when performing job functions in the areas of the plant that require hearing protection.
COVID REQUIREMENT:
Follow all company health screening protocol daily. Must wear face mask while in the working environment. Must observe social distancing requirements as outlined by the company guidelines.
