Your Compensation, Benefits & Perks!
- Part-time/Full-time starting at a minimum $35-$49 per 50-minute service performed, with opportunities to earn more. Pay increases with duration and service type. Commissioned compensation with a minimum of $35 per service performed, plus add-ons, product sales, and gratuities. Net of commissioned compensation plus tips averages more than guaranteed hourly minimum. Total compensation includes many other benefits and perks including biannual bonus, event tickets at BGV's suite in Ball Arena, ski medallions and merchant ski pass, health insurance, 401K and employee housing programs.

We need your skills, abilities, and experience

- Certificate of Completion in Massage Therapy
from an accredited MT School - Active Massage Therapy license by the State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
- 6 months – 1 year experience preferred

What you will be doing
Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
- Provide consistent professional massages in accordance with BGV spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Complete consultations with spa guests to determine massage preferences.
- Promote the spa treatments, and retail as well as promotions and/or discounts available.
- Sanitize workstation after every spa guest, stock assigned workspace and participate in general office and spa cleaning.
- Complete administrative duties such as staying up to date on email communications
