Unit Supervisor I

Specific Position Requirements

This is requisition is for (2) positions

Notes:
-2nd shift (4:30pm-3:00am) M-F
-Education Preferred: BA or BS
-Years of Experience Required: 2-3yrs
-40 hours per week, intermittent OT
-Internal metatarsal safety shoes are required (different than steel toe boots).
-Position requires candidates to be on the shop floor 100% of the time

Skill Set Requirements:
- Supervisory experience on shop floor (Highly Preferred)
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
- Comfortable giving work direction on shop floor
- and able to work with a diverse group of people.
- Good communication skills
- Good decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to focus on Safety and Quality in all processes.
- Ability to stay calm during tense situations as well as be able to treat others well during tense interactions.
