Bow Tie Management is now accepting resumes for a Maintenance Technician at our Movieland at Boulevard Square location in Richmond, VA.

This individual will be responsible for performing routine building maintenance duties, including the following: carpentry, seat repair, concession equipment repair, aisle light and general lighting repairs, painting and other maintenance as required. Individual must be a self-starter and highly motivated person with experience overseeing outside maintenance vendors, obtaining pricing for work outside of individuals capabilities and be able to clearly communicate issues to the General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in facilities maintenance or similar position
• Basic understanding of maintenance requirements and skills to troubleshoot and make repairs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to communicate with and manage vendors, and Communicate issues with the General Manager utilizing email and other methods utilized by Bow Tie Management
• Individual needs to be highly organized and be able to manage a diverse range of projects and vendors.
• Responsibilities include oversight and maintenance of the property and property related issues in addition to the building such as lighting, litter control, landscaping, and general repairs

Schedule: Full time Monday through Friday – Hours subject to agreement
