Preferred Qualifications:
- This job is network based and you will be at every building
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Required to work with others with minimal directions
- Required to be on a ladder and in the ceiling more than 50% of the time
- Ability to visually inspect fire walls and repair different types of penetrations when issues are found
- Ability to use a computer and proficient with Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Willing to alter hours to get into areas not available during the day
- Ability to plan for material usage and maintain stock
- Ability to problem solve
