Cannon Country Senior Living is looking for a part-time LPN with two years of experience working in an assisted living and home health setting. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player willing to help when and where needed, passionate about caring for the elderly and disabled, with good communication and organizational skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established assisted living facility that's dedicated to providing residents with the highest quality care while maximizing their independence .

As our LPN, your responsibilities will include:

• Work with our team of CNA's and PCA to assist our residents with activities daily living
• Monitor and clean resident's wounds, adding or changing dressings as needed
• Perform medication setup
• Provide assistance with walking or moving residents
• Keep accurate records of resident's condition and communicate changes in conditions, treatments or medications to the RN and House Manager
• Assist house manager with maintaining survey readiness, by ensuring our facility follows best practices in record keeping, compliance monitoring and care delivery
