Job Duties (Logistics Administrator):

• Assist with various office activities and operations
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Update records and databases
• Ensure office operations function smoothly

Required Experience (Logistics Administrator):

Experience in international freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution, and/or customs clearance is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.

Required Language (Logistics Administrator):

Read, write, and speak English fluently. Bi-lingual in any second language is a plus.

We currently have offices in California, New York, Missouri, China and the United Kingdom.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
