Responsibilities:

• Be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of multicultural issues, including those related to diversity, race, gender, sexual orientation, and disability.
• Demonstrate knowledge of professional ethics and practice standards.
• Integrate research and evidence-based practice in the delivery of counseling services.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the DSM 5 and current health care laws., etc.
• Familiarity with providing counseling to EAP and commercial insurance clients.
• Ability to complete Biopsychosocial Assessments, Session Notes, and Treatment Plan in a timely manner. No other documentation is required.
• Participate in monthly supervision meetings
• Able to work independently
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant delivery of telehealth services
• Possess computer, stable internet access
