Our fast-growing full-service lawn care and landscape construction company is searching for hard-working and dependable Landscape Installers to join our team!
Based in Fort Mill, SC, Dala Casa Landscape Management is a family-owned company that maintains residential and commercial properties by installing and maintaining landscaping, irrigation, and lighting systems in the greater Lake Norman area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading equipment for daily jobs.
- Utilize pruning and trimming equipment to maintain trees and shrubs on client property.
- Install mulch and sod. Remove grass and plants. Trimming/ blowing/ planting/ weeding/ and other landscape detail work as needed.
- Haul and/or spread topsoil/dirt with the proper tools.
- Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs.
- Dig trenches.
- Use hand equipment with mechanized moving blades such as gas-powered shears. Use manual hand tools such as shovels, rakes, picks and wheelbarrows. Move soil, equipment, and materials. Operate landscaping power equipment, mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Candidate Requirements:
- MUST HAVE VALID, CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2 years related industry experience
- Spanish language a plus
- Must be able to perform physical labor for prolonged periods of time in a wide range of climatic conditions including extremes of heat and cold.
- Must be able to lift and carry objects 50 to 90 pounds.
- Must have a current driver’s license and driving record that meets established requirements; Ability to drive a truck with a trailer.
- Must be 23 or older for insurance purposes.
- Be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
DalaCasa Landscape provides 8 days PTO and 10 paid holidays per year.
