Summary/Objective
The Kitchen Manager will work together with the Corporate Showroom Leadership Team to
focus on creating processes & efficiencies, providing guidance and training, and enhancing the
customer experience as it pertains to SNE?s kitchen business, with focus on cabinetry, and the
goal of growing the overall kitchen business.

Kitchen Design Management

• Review kitchen designs & layouts for designers as needed.
• Provide design assistance on request.
• Create standardized kitchen presentation procedure that incorporates best-in-class techniques to increase closing potential.
• Work with Director to revise kitchen contract paperwork & procedures.
• Maintain kitchen contract library on server.
• Pull metrics from kitchen contracts to determine & monitor sales trends, etc.
• Revise kitchen nonstock entry request process & monitor regularly.
• Maintain cabinetry doors, samples & literature for all showrooms, incl requests.
• Maintain kitchen displays including design, ordering & installation execution.
• Provide installation guidance upon request.
• Provide customer service as needed via communication with trade or homeowners via phone, email, or jobsite visits.
• Onboard new kitchen designers
• Develop ongoing training for kitchen designers including 2020 tips.
• Monitor & analyze current kitchen design trends for our market.
• Provide metrics & reports on kitchen-related purchases & sales.
• Attend field measures with designers as needed.
• Identify SNE kitchen projects to be considered for marketing projects.
• Work with Showroom Marketing to execute photo and/or video shoots.
• Work with Showroom Marketing to create content for published projects.
  • Example: Providing descriptions & keywords for kitchens uploaded to Houzz.
• Propose ideas & lend guidance for organic social content related to kitchens.
  • Example: Highlighting a new trend featured in a new display
• Work with Showroom Leadership to identify & send associates for local and factory training.
• Work with Showroom Leadership to develop new ideas to work towards a best-in-class market position.

Kitchen Design/Sales

• Design & sell kitchens using our established processes with leads generated by Yarmouth & Falmouth showrooms.
  • Does not include being ?in rotation? on the floor.
• Contact prior kitchen customers (contractors & designers) to offer kitchen design services.

General

• Attend & complete all training offered ? incl. online & in-person.
• Attend events as requested ? in-house & off-site.
