• A Current unrestricted RN license (in the state of South Carolina)
• A Valid D.L., auto insurance & reliable vehicle
• At least 1 year of documented experience in a home health agency (primary care, or health facility experience preferred)
• Strong Peripheral IV skills
• Recent experience with PICC/Midlines/Ports
• CPR Certification
• Negative 2 step TB skin test or chest x-ray

You Must Have Excellent...

• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) & willingness to follow them at all times
• Team Player Skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Must be able to: Stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull & lift up to 50 pounds

Your Day-to-Day Duties...

• Provide thoughtful care to clients & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Monitor & track changes in the client/patient’s condition & needs
• Proactively update client/patient’s family on plan of care, health changes & concerns
• Keep the Director of Nursing & any other appropriate personnel informed
