Job Title: IT Business Process Analyst
Location: Dessel, Belgium

Description:

• Communication and consultation with all possible parties involved with the aim of obtaining a high-level overview of the current and future business processe.
• Analysis of these business processes from a high-level ICT architectural point of view to adequately describe them, and this in close collaboration with the Enterprise Architect.
• Document the analyzed business processes in Sparx Enterprise Architect, using official notation formats such as ARCHIMATE, BPMN, CMMN and UML.
• Provide support in developing a future vision in the field of ICT application landscape. Translating the organizational objectives into an optimal, coherent architectural framework of applications, data and security.
• Informing and supporting all parties involved within the organization in order to create support and to arrive at one coherent ICT application landscape.
• Maintaining an up-to-date picture of market evolutions and trends in ICT business architecture. Evaluating the deployability and added value of new technologies. Knowledge of ERP (MS Dynamics 365 or other) environments and/or ECM (Enterprise Content Management) systems is a definite plus.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Process Analyst (data & process) or in a similar role
  
• Demonstrated experience with Architecture modeling and tools is required (BPMN, CMMN, UML, etc.)
  
• Demonstrated experience in explaining and arguing the vision and strategy regarding a future ICT Business architecture (Archimate).
  
• Demonstrable experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus..
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) is a plus
  
• Demonstrable knowledge of the market in the field of applications, data and security.
  
• Demonstrable knowledge of document management systems (processes/technology) is a big plus
  
• Demonstrable knowledge of ERP (processes/technology) is a big plus
  
• Supplier agrees to the framework agreement in attachment = MUST
