Job Description:
Looking for a high-level Maintenance Technician with many years previous experience in industrial maintenance. Responsibilities include hands on repair and maintenance of all equipment and machinery. Inspections, testing, and adjustment of all plant systems, equipment, and machinery. Preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment, machinery, buildings and grounds. Perform all tasks requested by the Team Leader, Superintendent, and/or other management personnel.

Essential Functions of the job:
· Follow all Safety Rules, policies, and regulations
· Keep work area clean and orderly at all times adhering to all 5S standards
· Relay suggestions for improvement to your Team Leader.
· Maintain small repetitive usage tools and rigging in maintenance area.
· Route emergency work order data and planned work order data back to area Maintenance Supervisor.
· Participate in shift changeover meetings in maintenance area; relieve on machine
as needed.
· Completion of planned work orders.
· Work overtime on short notice, including weekends
· Support on call activities for non-production days as required.
· Adhere to all quality measures
· Participate in the TPM program as needed.
· Perform Daily Job Duties with minimal direct supervision.
· Operate all equipment safely in a manual state.
· Operate in SAP environment to perform job Tasks.

Maintenance Team Leader

Experience Required:
· 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
· Industrial maintenance degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
